Shipping & Returns

Order processing and delivery times 

For logistical reasons, parcels are deposited at the post office twice a week. You will receive your orders within 4-5 business days. 

Excluding public holidays. If this is the case, the time limit for posting the parcel to the post office will be shifted to the next scheduled mailing day. 

Example: Monday off = no deposit of the parcel

Delivery times apply after the payment has been registered with our accounting department, the package prepared and deposited with our delivery service provider (LA POSTE), for the products in stock. 

If the customer orders a customized item, a delay imposed by the creator will be sent to him by email or indicated on the site. If the item is no longer in stock, Strella LALALA agrees to inform the customer of any delay in delivery but can not be held to any indemnity on this account. This information is visible when viewing the article. 

In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made within three days of delivery. 

The Customer (or, as the case may be, the recipient) will formalize its acceptance of the delivery by signing the Delivery note issued by the carrier. If, on delivery, the external appearance of the parcel is not perfect, the Customer or the consignee of the articles will open the parcel in the presence of the carrier in order to check the condition of the articles or issue reservations in Indicating 'Sub-Reserve' or the description of the damage found in writing on the Delivery note. If the customer or the recipient of the articles finds that the articles have been damaged during transport, the Customer may refuse the damaged articles and indicate "refusal for damage" on the Delivery note.

 

Removal of order 

If the customer wishes to withdraw his order from the showroom, he will mention it when ordering by selecting the "withdrawal to showroom" option. The customer will contact Strella LALALA at the e-mail clients@strellalalala.ch in order to agree on a suitable day and time. 

 

Warranty in case of defects and retraction 

In the absence of a sold item, Strella LALALA's guarantee is limited to the return of the product and the exchange or refund of the product by the biai of a voucher / discount code to be used on the site www.strellalalala.ch, subject to compliance by the Customer with the conditions and deadlines indicated in the following paragraph. Regardless of the non-conformity of the product, the Customer, a non-professional private person, has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of his order to inform the return of the product to Strella LALALA for exchange or refund. The article must be new, without damage, complete, with its accessories, in its original packaging. *Customized items are not exchanged or refunded.

In order to return a product, the Customer must first contact Customer Service by e-mail to clients@strellalalala.ch specifying its order number, the products concerned and the reasons for return. Strella LALALA reserves the right to refuse a return if the Customer has not contacted the Customer Service in advance and within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item to be exchanged will be returned at your expense, then we will deduct the same charges when we will send new item.
